How do you massage with it?

Put a little in your palm, rub it briefly between your hands and spread it with calm strokes over back, shoulders or legs. Add more if needed.

How strong does the warmth get?

How strong it feels differs from person to person. Many feel it more clearly when you gently blow on the spot you have rubbed it into.

Can you use it as a lubricant or with a condom?

No. It is meant for massaging the skin and not for the intimate area. Before a condom comes into play, you wash the massaged skin and use a separate lubricant.

What should you bear in mind with sensitive skin?
