How do I apply the oil?

Warm it in your hands first, then spread it. Pour a small amount into your palm and rub your hands together briefly until the oil reaches body temperature. Then spread it over a wide area with flat hands. Topping up is better than taking too much at once: on a thick film the hands just slide instead of working the muscles.

Can I use it as a lubricant or with condoms?

No. Oil attacks latex, and latex condoms and diaphragms can tear as a result. The oil does not go on mucous membranes or in the intimate area; it is made for the skin only. A lubricant that suits condoms is under water-based lubricant.

What helps against oil stains?

A towel underneath. Oil soaks into bedding, upholstery and clothing and leaves grease stains there. A large bath towel or an old sheet under the body catches it. If something does go astray, rub the stain with washing-up liquid or ox-gall soap before washing.

What matters with sensitive skin?

Test on a small patch first. Fragrances can irritate the skin. So apply a little oil to the inside of your elbow first and wait a day. If the patch turns red or itches, wash the oil off with soap and stop using it. Keep it out of your eyes.

How do I get the oil off again?
