How much oil do I need?

Little to begin with. A small pool in the palm is enough for back and shoulders. When your hands start to catch on the skin, add more. Too much oil at once only makes them slip.

Can the oil be used in the intimate area?

No. It is a massage oil for the skin and not a lubricant. Oil also attacks latex, and latex condoms and diaphragms can tear. For sex with a condom there is water-based lubricant.

How do sheets and sofa stay clean?

With a large towel underneath. Oil leaves grease stains on fabric that are hard to get out once dry. A bath towel or an old sheet under the body keeps them off. Rub fresh stains with washing-up liquid straight away.

Should I test the oil first?

Yes, with sensitive skin. Mint and other fragrances can irritate. Apply a little oil to the inside of your elbow and wait a day. If the spot reddens or itches, wash the oil off with soap and do not use it any further. Keep it out of your eyes.
