Why a cable and not a battery?

Because a mains wand keeps going. Battery devices fade after twenty minutes and eventually die; a wand on a cable delivers the same power from the first moment to the last. The price is a socket within reach and a cable that can get in the way.

What can a wand do that a vibrator cannot?
