How does a body slide massage work?

Spread the sheet out on a level surface, ideally on the floor or on a wide bed. Mix the contents of the two bottles according to the instructions, spread the gel over the sheet and over your bodies and then glide over each other with your whole body instead of just your hands.

How slippery does it get?

Very. On the gel, feet, knees and hands easily lose their grip, so do not stand up on the gelled sheet and do not walk across tiles or into the shower with it. Move slowly, keep clear of furniture edges and wipe up spilt gel from the floor straight away.

Is it a lubricant as well?

No, it is a massage gel for the skin. It does not go into the vagina, the bottom or the eyes, and for sex with a condom you use a separate lubricant; suitable ones stand under water-based lubricant. If your skin is sensitive, try the finished gel on a small area first; if it burns or reddens, shower it off.

How do you tidy up afterwards?

You shower the gel off with warm water. Wipe the sheet clean with a damp cloth and let it dry before folding it. Keep the bottles closed, cool and out of the reach of children.
