The Mini Caress by Candlelight massage candle by Shunga comes in a round, flat tin with a lid. How do you go about the massage?

Let the candle burn for about twenty minutes until a liquid layer has formed around the wick, then put out the flame. Never pour while it is burning. Let the wax cool briefly, test the warmth with a drop on the inside of your wrist and only then put some wax into your palm. Spread it with long, calm strokes over back, shoulders or legs; start with a little and add more as needed.

What applies while the candle is burning?

Put the tin on a firm, heat-resistant surface, well away from curtains, bedding and anything that can catch fire. Never leave the flame unattended and keep children and pets away. Trim the wick to a few millimetres before each lighting so that it produces less soot.

Where does the warm oil not belong?

On the face, on mucous membranes, in the intimate area and on irritated or broken skin. It is not meant as a lubricant, only for massage.

Does the oil go with condoms?

No. Oil attacks latex, and a latex condom can tear as a result. For sex with a condom, use water-based lubricant instead.

How do you store the candle?

Close the tin with its lid once it has cooled and keep the candle cool and dark, because plant oils age faster in light and warmth. How long it keeps after first lighting is stated on the pack. A towel under the body protects the bed linen, because oil soaks into cotton.
