How do you start the massage?

With warm hands. Put some oil into your palm, rub your hands together briefly and then stroke it in long sweeps over back, arms or legs. Start with little and add more once the skin has taken it in.

May the oil touch condoms?

Not latex condoms. Oil attacks latex, and the condom can become porous and tear. If a condom is involved, take a lubricant from water-based lubricant.

Can you use it as a lubricant?

No. It is made for massaging the skin and does not go into the vagina or anus. For intimate contact you need a separate lubricant.

How do you check whether your skin tolerates it?

With a small test. Apply a few drops to the crook of your arm and wait; if the spot turns red or itches, wash the oil off and stop using it. It must not get into your eyes.
