How do you spread the oil best?

Through your hands. Put a coin-sized amount into one palm, warm it between both hands and stroke it flat onto the skin. Better to add more than too much at once: with too much oil your hands slip off.

Does the oil go with condoms?

Not with latex condoms. Oil attacks latex, which can make a condom porous and tear. If you use a condom, reach for a lubricant from water-based lubricant.

Is it meant for gliding as well?

No, it is a massage oil. It goes on the skin and does not go into the vagina or anus. As a lubricant you use a separate one.

What do you do before the first use?
