How do you feel the warming effect?

By rubbing or breathing on it. Massage the oil in with your hand or breathe gently over the spot, and it turns warm on the skin. If the oil rests untouched, the sensation stays faint.

What helps if the warmth is too strong?

Wipe it off and wash. Remove the oil with a soft cloth and wash the spot with lukewarm water and mild soap.

How much do you use?

Drop by drop. A few drops are enough for neck or shoulders; add more once the skin has taken them in rather than applying a lot at once.

Does the oil go with condoms?
