Which end is for what?

The head is meant for external use: it rests flat on top rather than going in, on the mons, labia or clitoris, and reaches more area than a tip. The suction end works precisely: its opening goes centrally over the clitoris, and the stimulation comes from suction inside the opening rather than from vibration.

Why does hardly anything come through at the suction end?

Usually because the opening is not sealing and air escapes. Place it so that the rim touches all the way round, and shift it slightly rather than pressing harder.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one, and only a drop: at the head it prevents friction, at the suction end it helps the rim seal. Silicone oil attacks the silicone surface and makes it sticky over time.

Which setting do you start on?

The lowest, at both ends, even if you know vibrators; if even that is too strong, put a towel in between. From the bottom you can build, from the top you cannot, and the strongest setting feels weaker after a while, not stronger, because sensitivity fades under constant stimulation. Breaks help.

How is it cleaned?
