What does the warmth feel like?

Clearly warm but not hot: around 42 °C is noticeably above skin temperature. That removes the cold moment silicone otherwise brings when you first apply it.

What is the ribbed shaft for?

For vaginal insertion. It is not suitable for anal use, because it lacks a flared base that stays outside; without that stop a toy can disappear into the rectum.

What do you use the head for?
