The Smart Wand 2 Medium by LELO is a massage wand for the whole body in matt black. A round head of soft silicone sits at the top on a slightly narrower neck; below it the handle widens and bends back in a long sweep. Where is it used?

Wherever a broad massage feels good, on the neck, shoulders, back, thighs and calves. Between the legs the head rests on the outside, on the mons, labia or clitoris. It is not inserted, neither vaginally nor anally, because the head is too large for that and it has no flared base.

How do the three buttons work?

The plus button switches it on when you hold it; small lights then show the battery level. With the middle button you go through the ten settings, which range from gentle touches to distinct pulses, and with plus and minus you make the vibration stronger or weaker. If you hold the middle button, it switches off.

Can it come into the bathroom?

Yes. It is waterproof and can come into the bath or the shower with you. Dry it off afterwards before you plug it into the charging cable.

How is it charged?

With the supplied USB charging cable on a USB port, for example on a power adapter. Before first use, charge it for two hours.

How is it cleaned?

With lukewarm water and a little mild soap or with a toy cleaner from sex toy cleaner, ideally straight after use. Let it dry in the open before you store it, because silicone put away damp picks up odours.

Which lubricant goes with it?

A water-based one from water-based lubricant. A few drops let the head glide more easily over the skin; silicone lubricant would make the silicone surface sticky and rough over time.
