Which lubricant suits it?

A water-based one, and plenty of it. TPE is soft and porous; silicone oil and greasy products attack it and make the surface sticky. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How do you clean it?

Rinse the channel thoroughly after every use with lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner and let everything dry completely before putting it away. To dry it, stand it opening down on a towel so that the water can drain. Put away damp, any soft material starts to smell.

Can it be warmed?

Yes: run warm water through the channel for a few minutes before use, never use the microwave or a radiator. TPE absorbs the warmth and releases it again for a while.
