What does the suction do?

It draws rather than shakes. The canal builds up a pull that feels clearly different from vibration. If you prefer something simpler, classic masturbators offers models without technology.

How does the voice work?

Via its own button. The moaning sounds are in English and come from the built-in speaker. You can plug your own headphones into the jack; they are not included.

How is it cleaned?
