Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one. Silicone oil attacks soft plastics and makes the surface tacky over time. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?

Take the rings off first so that the grooves underneath get clean too. Then rinse it out from the inside with lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner and let it dry completely, as soft material put away damp starts to smell. A touch of renewing powder keeps the surface grippy.

Can it be warmed up?

Yes, and it is worth it: a few minutes in warm water, not in the microwave and not on the radiator. TPE takes on warmth and gives it back for a while.

What are the rings for?
