How do you best get started?

With plenty of lubricant and the lowest level. Put lubricant into the sleeve and onto the shaft, slide the sleeve on and close the strap so that it sits snugly without cutting in. Switch on suction and vibration at their lowest settings and only increase once it feels good. Keep the rounds with suction short and take breaks in between.
