How do you start?

With plenty of lubricant and the dial right down. Put water-based lubricant into the sleeve and onto the shaft, place the cylinder and turn the dial up slowly until it feels good. Make sure the testicles are not drawn into the cylinder. You will find suitable lubricant under water-based lubricant.

How long may the suction run?
