Which lubricant suits TPE?

Only a water-based one, and plenty of it. TPE is porous and tolerates neither oil nor silicone-based lubricant. Put lubricant into the opening and onto the penis and top it up in between. You will find suitable ones under water-based lubricant.

How do you clean it?

Straight after use with lukewarm water and mild soap. Rinse the opening you used thoroughly, for instance with a squeeze bottle, and wipe down the surface. Leave out alcohol, harsh cleaners and hot water, because they attack the material.
