Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one, and plenty of it. It is the easiest to rinse back out of the channel after use. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?

Rinse it out from the inside with lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner, then let it dry properly; put away damp, soft material starts to smell. A touch of renewing powder keeps the surface grippy.

Can it be warmed up?

Yes, and it is worth it: a few minutes in warm water, not in the microwave and not on the radiator. TPE takes on warmth and gives it back for a while.
