What does the nubbed pad do?

It vibrates against the testicles while the suction works at the front. The nubs sit in two fields, left and right.

How do you get it clean?

Only the sleeve goes under water: take it out, rinse it with warm water and mild soap and let it dry fully. The housing with motor and battery, pad included, you wipe with a damp cloth.

Which lubricant fits?

How do you store the sleeve?
