The Masturbator Quasar by Crushious combines suction and vibration: it has five suction modes, one continuous suction mode and ten vibration modes, operated with three buttons on the black handle. On top, set off by a rose-gold ring, sits a transparent sleeve of soft TPE, densely textured inside with nubs and ridges, whose opening gives. It is made of TPE, silicone and ABS. The battery charges magnetically via USB through two contacts below the buttons, and the cable is included. It needs power, so a charge before use rather than after. TPE is porous: its fine pores cannot be got completely germ-free, unlike dense silicone. That leads to a habit: clean after every use, and share it only with a condom. How is it operated?

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one, and plenty of it: suction needs a sealed sleeve, and with enough lubricant it closes off better. Silicone oil attacks silicone, oil attacks soft plastics. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?

Take the sleeve off the handle, rinse the inside with lukewarm water and mild soap and let it dry completely. Wipe the handle with the motor; it is protected against water jets to IPX5 but does not go under water. Store it out of direct light.
