Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one. Silicone oil attacks soft plastics and makes the surface tacky over time. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?

Rinse it from both entrances with lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner, then let it dry completely, because soft material put away damp starts to smell. A touch of care powder keeps the surface grippy.
