How do you use the self-lubrication?

Moisten the opening and the entrance of the channel with a little water or saliva, and the material releases its lubricant. This works for about 30 uses. After that you can keep using it, but add a water-based lubricant, for example from water-based lubricant. Leave out oil and silicone-based lubricant with TPE.

How do you clean it?

After every use, rinse it inside and out with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner. TPE is porous: if moisture stays in the channel, germs can linger there. So let it dry completely in the air before you put it away.

Can you use it in the shower?

Yes. Without a motor or battery there is nothing water could harm, and the material is waterproof. You can use it in the shower and submerge it completely for cleaning.
