How do you start?

With plenty of lubricant and the gentlest mode. Take off the cap, put water-based lubricant into the sleeve and onto the shaft and put the pod on. Start with the weakest suction mode and keep the rounds with suction short. If you feel pain, numbness, discolouration or blisters, switch off at once and pull the pod off.

Which lubricant suits it?

A water-based one. TPE is porous and tolerates neither oil nor silicone-based lubricant; water-based lubricant is gentle on the sleeve and washes out easily. You will find suitable ones under water-based lubricant.

How do you clean it?

Sleeve out and washed with warm water. Remove the suction attachment, pull the sleeve out of the housing and rinse it thoroughly with lukewarm water and mild soap. The attachment with the technology is only wiped with a damp cloth.

How do you dry and store the sleeve?

Completely dry, then back into the capsule. Let the sleeve dry openly in the air until no moisture is left inside; a light dusting of cornflour afterwards keeps the surface silky rather than tacky. With the cap on, it stays clean inside the housing.
