How do you use it?

Lying down and from behind. Place it on a firm, non-slip surface so that both openings face you, and kneel behind it. Put plenty of lubricant into the opening you want to use and enter slowly. Because it rests on the surface, your hands stay free; you can hold it by the hips or support yourself.

Which lubricant is suitable?
