Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one. Silicone oil and fat-based gels attack TPE and make the surface tacky over time. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?

Rinse it out from the inside with lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner, then let it dry properly, because soft material put away damp starts to smell. The housing is only wiped down, never submerged. A touch of renewing powder keeps the surface grippy.

Can it be warmed up?

Yes: pour a little lukewarm water into the channel and tip it out again, or use warmed lubricant; microwave and radiator are off limits. TPE takes on warmth and gives it back for a while.

How is it used?
