Which size is the right one?

Fun Factory offers two: A is the smaller, B the larger. The usual rule of thumb goes by births and age - anyone who has given birth vaginally usually needs the larger one, otherwise the smaller is enough. The heaviness of the flow matters less than the fit. What is on the packaging is the binding statement.

How is it inserted?

Folded - there are several folding techniques, and which one works is something everyone finds out for themselves. Inside it has to unfold, otherwise it does not seal; a short turn shows whether it is open. The first few times need patience, after that it takes seconds.

How is it cleaned?

Rinse it with water in between, boil it after your period - five minutes in bubbling water is enough.
