Is size A the right one for you?

Size A is the smaller of the two sizes, B the larger. The smaller cup holds less and folds more tightly, which makes the start easier for many. If your period is heavy, the larger one may suit you better because you need to empty it less often.

How is it inserted?

Wash your hands first. Then press the rim into a narrow shape, for instance as a C fold or by folding one side inwards, and insert the cup. Inside it unfolds and seals all round; run a finger along the rim to check whether it has opened completely. After a few attempts it gets quicker.

How do you take it out?

Grip the lower end with the nubs and squeeze until the suction eases. Then pull it out slowly, slightly at an angle and with the opening facing up, so nothing spills. Never pull while it is still holding firm. It is easiest sitting on the toilet or squatting.

How do you look after it?
