Is size B the right one?

B is the larger of the two sizes, A the smaller. The larger cup holds more, so with a heavy period you empty it less often; folded, it is a little wider. For the very first try with a cup, many choose the smaller size instead.

How do you insert it?

Wash your hands, then fold the rim: as a C, as a triangle or by pushing one side inwards. Insert the folded cup into the vagina and let go so that it opens and rests against the walls all round. Run a finger along the rim to check whether it has fully unfolded. The first time, it is best to take your time.

How do you get it out again?

Take hold of the tip by the nubs and squeeze it until the suction gives way. Then pull it out slowly and slightly at an angle, holding it straight so nothing overflows. If it is still firmly in place, do not pull but squeeze again. Squatting or sitting on the toilet works best.

How do you clean it?
