How sheer is the dress?

Throughout. Even in the stripes the skin shows through the small holes, and in the large openings it is completely bare. There is no lining.

What do you wear underneath?

A black thong hardly shows in the dark pattern. A bra would remain visible in the deep neckline and through the mesh.
