Can it stay on during sex?

Yes. The round cut-outs in the lower part sit over the bottom at the back and at crotch level at the front, so you do not need to take it off.

What does the back look like?

At the back, too, the thread straps run down in a V, and below them the smooth band and the rows of ovals and teardrops repeat.

How do you put it on?

Step in from below and pull it up over hips and stomach before you place the thread straps over your shoulders. That way the thin threads do not twist. Take off rings beforehand.
