What sets it apart from a bullet?

The grip. A bullet is so small it disappears between your fingers; here you have a body to hold on to and a dial that turns even with damp fingers. The vibration itself is the same kind of sensation - pinpoint rather than spread out.

Is it inserted?

No. The dome has no taper, the base no broad rim, and the battery compartment has a seam. It belongs on the outside: on the clitoris, on the nipples or anywhere else the skin is thin. How is it cleaned?
