A pocket vibrator that is four devices in one: the Kurt from Glossy comes with four caps that push onto the same head - a smooth dome, a dense field of bristles, a ring of nubs and a flower of soft petals. What changes with them is not the strength but the kind of sensation: the dome passes it on in a bundle, the bristles tickle over an area, the nubs change with every movement. Three metal balls sit on the tip itself and deliver the sensation pinpoint even without a cap. It is switched at the ribbed base, which also closes the battery compartment. What are the four caps for?

Because taste cannot be predicted. Instead of buying four devices you swap the head: bundled over the dome, spread over the bristles, changing over nubs and flower. For a start that is the cheapest way to find out what you like. They go on dry and all the way, otherwise the cap sits loose and rattles instead of passing the vibration on. Is it inserted?

No. Six centimetres without a retrieval cord and without a broad base have no business inside, and the caps are only pushed on. It is laid on - outside, on the clitoris, on the nipples or anywhere else the skin is thin.

How is it cleaned?

Pull the cap off, wipe both with lukewarm water and a little toy cleaner, then let them dry separately. ABS is non-porous, nothing stays behind. The base with the battery compartment stays dry, and it is not submerged.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one, if any is needed at all. On dry skin a lay-on vibrator usually manages without; on the bristle caps gel collects rather than helps. The selection is under water-based lubricant.
