How long may they stay on?

At most about twenty minutes at a stretch, with or without vibration. A clamp squeezes the tissue and slows the blood flow. If there is numbness, tingling or a bluish discolouration, take them off at once. The vibration can mask the onset of numbness, so pay particularly close attention to it.

How do you adjust the clamps?
