How do you put the suckers on?

Place the opening, then turn slowly. Set the rim straight onto the nipple, press it on lightly and turn the knob until you feel a clear pull. A drop of water-based lubricant on the rim improves the seal and makes putting them on more comfortable. You will find a selection under water-based lubricant.

How do you find the right size?

The nipple should fit completely into the opening. The rim must not rest on the nipple itself or pinch it, but should sit on the skin all round. If the sucker slips off despite lubricant, it is not sealing tightly enough.

What matters when using suction?

Little suction and short sessions. Increase slowly and hold the suction for only a few minutes at a time, turning back and pausing in between; 20 to 30 minutes in total is the upper limit. If you feel pain or numbness, or see discolouration or blisters, release the suction at once. Do not apply the suckers to injured or irritated skin. Only take them off once the suction is released, never by pulling.

How do you clean the suckers?

With warm water and mild soap. There is nothing electric inside them and they are water-resistant, so you can rinse them completely. Leave out abrasive cleaners so that the acrylic stays clear. Then let them dry and ideally store them away from dust.
