How does the sliding ring work?

It presses the arms together. Before putting the clamp on, slide it all the way back to the eyelet, place the vinyl tips behind the nipple and then push it forward until the clamp holds. The further it moves towards the tips, the tighter they close; pushed back, the clamp loosens again. There is no spring, so you can also readjust during play.

What does the heavy chain do?
