The Nipple Pasties Lace in a Bag by Doc Johnson are two heart-shaped stickers in black: a polyurethane centre in a leather look with a fine grain, a ruffled lace edge all round and a small bow of glossy ribbon on top, its ends hanging loose. They stick directly onto the nipple with a skin adhesive on the back and replace the bra under a top that will not take one, such as backless, low-cut or sheer. The lace edge turns them into a piece of lingerie rather than an aid. The material is phthalate-free. They sit under for the top, under lingerie and in our sextoys for women section.

What matters when sticking them on?

Clean, dry skin without cream, oil or powder, otherwise they soon come off again. Place the heart centrally over the nipple and press it on with the flat of your hand for a few seconds so the adhesive makes contact everywhere.

How do they come off again?

Peel them off slowly, ideally under warm water or in the shower. Ripping them off hurts and irritates the skin more than necessary.

Can they be worn more than once?

The adhesive weakens with every removal. How often they hold therefore depends on how carefully you take them off and how clean the skin is.

What if my skin is sensitive?

Stick one on your forearm briefly beforehand and wait a quarter of an hour. Not everyone tolerates skin adhesive, and that is better noticed on an arm than on a breast. If the skin reddens, take them off.

How do you store them?

Flat in the bag they come in, or in a small container. That keeps dust off the adhesive surface, and the lace edge and bow do not get creased.
