The Nipple Sucker Colt by CalExotics is a pair of clear suction cylinders with red twist caps from the Colt Gear range. You place the cylinder over the nipple and turn the cap; a piston inside moves up and builds the vacuum. The red cap is ribbed on the outside and sits securely between the fingers; inside the cylinder the piston runs on a threaded rod and is sealed with two black O-rings. The vacuum draws blood into the tissue, the nipple swells and stays more sensitive than usual for a while afterwards; that is exactly the appeal. The skin has to be dry, otherwise no vacuum holds, and with very flat or inverted nipples it often does not work at all on the first attempt; that is anatomy and not a defect. How long may you suck?

Ten to fifteen minutes at a time make a session, not an hour. Longer achieves nothing, and sucking too long or too hard leaves small burst capillaries that take days.

How does it come off?

Turn the cap back until the suction eases, otherwise carefully lift the rim. Never pull: then the suction goes onto the skin, and that is the only way to hurt yourself with it.

How strong should the suction be?

Strong enough that the nipple is drawn into the cylinder and it feels good, no more. Turn the cap in small steps and give the tissue a moment in between; if it burns or stings, turn it back a little at once.

What is the difference from a clamp?

A clamp presses and interrupts blood flow, a sucker draws blood in. Clamps are under nipple clamps.

Is the swelling permanent?

No. It lasts minutes to hours and then subsides by itself. A permanent change is not possible with it.

How do you clean them?

Rinse the cylinder and rim with warm water and a little mild cleaner after every use and let everything dry completely before you put them away. Check the rim for scratches and cracks as you do, because only a smooth rim seals properly.
