How do you put it on?

Most easily standing up and in order: insert it first, then line up the cat pad at the front, lay the slim arm towards the back last and pull your underwear up over it. Only then switch it on.

Do you need lubricant for it?

For the shaft, yes, a drop. Take a water-based one, which suits silicone; silicone oil leaves the surface dull. The selection is under water-based lubricant.
