The Twilight Pheromone Eau de Parfum Women from Hot comes in a small, round bottle of red glass with horizontal ribbing. On top sits a gold dome embossed with the Hot logo and the words London, Miami, Tokyo, with the atomiser underneath. The fragrance is made of alcohol, water and perfume oil, joined by the scent components hexyl cinnamal, benzyl salicylate, limonene, linalool, citral, benzyl benzoate, amyl cinnamal and benzyl alcohol. The last ingredient is pheromone. An effect of pheromones in humans is not scientifically proven, so what you wear is a perfume, not an attractant. It was developed in Austria, the perfume oil comes from France and it is made in the Netherlands. It stands with the drugstore, under sexual preparations and in the brand world of Hot.

How do you apply it?

Spray it from about a hand’s width away onto warm spots such as the neck, the nape or the inside of the wrists. Start with a little, you can always add more. Do not rub the scent in afterwards, let it dry on the skin.

How long does the scent last?

That depends on your skin, the temperature and the amount, there is no fixed number of hours. On dry skin a scent fades faster; an unscented cream underneath and a spray onto your clothes help it last longer.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Not without a second thought. The high alcohol content can make irritated or freshly shaved skin sting, and some scent components such as limonene or linalool irritate sensitive skin. Test it on the inside of your elbow before wearing it properly for the first time and wait a day. It does not go on broken skin or into the eyes.
