Matchmaker Red Diamond for Him is an eau de parfum from Eye of Love in 10 ml. Alongside the fragrance it contains pheromones. The bottle is a slim glass vial that is red at the top and turns clear towards the bottom; MATCHMAKER runs vertically down the glass. Under the silver cap sits a spray head. It comes in a red cardboard tube with white lettering. The slim vial fits in a handbag or a jacket pocket and is therefore made for an evening out, when the scent needs refreshing after a few hours. It is still made of glass, so it is best put back into its tube after spraying. It sits under sexual preparations, under drugstore and in our sex toys section.

What do the pheromones do?

That pheromones do anything in humans is not scientifically established. So buy it as what it certainly is: an eau de parfum. If you do not like the scent, the pheromones will not change that.

How do I apply it?

Spray it onto the skin from about a hand’s width away, for example on the neck, the nape or the wrists. One or two sprays are enough to start with. Let the scent dry down instead of rubbing it in, and do not spray directly onto clothing, because fragrances can leave marks on light fabric.

What about sensitive skin?

Before the first evening, try the scent on a small patch, such as the inside of the elbow. If the skin reddens or itches, stop using it. Keep it away from the eyes, mucous membranes and the intimate area; if some gets into the eye, rinse it with plenty of clean water. Keep the bottle out of reach of children.

How do I store it?

Cool, dry and out of direct sunlight, with the cap on. Heat and light change fragrances over time, so a car in summer or a sunny windowsill is a poor place for the bottle.
