💡 How to use

Ten to fifteen minutes a day are enough; hold the trainer while walking or standing and squeeze deliberately. A drop of lube helps on insertion. Exercises and progression are in the pelvic floor guide.

🧼 Cleaning & care

Clean the kegel balls with warm water and toy cleaner before and after every use and let them dry completely. Store the items separately and protected from dust. Close liquid products firmly and store them cool.
