The Penis Pump Rock Solid Beginner by Doc Johnson is a hand pump: a clear cylinder with a black seal, a hose and a grip that you squeeze. Every squeeze of the grip adds a little more vacuum, so you build it up in small steps and can see through the cylinder what is happening. The grip consists of a rectangular frame with a lever inside that you pull towards the frame; the ribbed hose runs from there to the fitting on top of the cylinder.
