Does the effect last?

No. A pump changes nothing permanently; what it offers is a sensation for the moment.

How long may you pump?

Ten to fifteen minutes at most in one session, built up slowly. If anything goes numb, cold or dark or it hurts, release and take it off at once. That is not a precautionary phrase but the limit.

Do you need lubricant?

Yes, on the seal, otherwise the cylinder pulls skin in instead of sealing. A water-based one does not attack the soft seal, whereas silicone oil and fat-based products make it tacky; the selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?

Rinse the cylinder with lukewarm water and mild soap and let it dry well; make sure no water runs into the hose and bulb.

How do you put it on?

Place the cylinder over the penis while soft and press the seal firmly against the body so that it sits flush all the way round; only then start on the bulb. Hair at the base of the penis lets air through, and trimmed short the ring seals better.

How do you store it?

Dry and with the hose laid loosely, without kinks. A hose that stays kinked for a long time becomes brittle at that spot and then lets air in.
