How do I fit the rings?

Choose the ring size, fold the sleeve outwards, slide the ring over it and fold the sleeve back over the cylinder. That way the opening seals closely and the vacuum can build up.

How do I pump correctly?

Place the cylinder over the glans only, so that no skin of the scrotum gets drawn in, and never on injured skin. Build the vacuum slowly with a few calm squeezes and hold it for only a few minutes. If there is pain, numbness, discolouration or blistering, release the vacuum at once, for example by lifting the edge of the sleeve.
