How do you put the sleeve on?

Put a little lubricant into the opening and on the penis, widen the sleeve with two fingers and slide it over the shaft until the bullet lies on top at the base. Before the first time with a partner, a solo try is worth it, then the handling is familiar later.

Which lubricant fits?
