How does it sit correctly?

Penis fully in the sleeve, scrotum in the ring. With a little water-based lubricant in the opening it slides on more easily; then pass the testicles through the ring one at a time.

How long may you wear it?

20 to 30 minutes at a stretch at most. If you take blood thinners or have circulation problems, talk to a doctor first. Numbness, coldness, pain or discolouration are the sign to take it off at once. Sleeping with the sleeve on is off limits.

How does the material feel?
