A shaft to slip on: the penis sleeve by Addicted Toys is a hollow, opaque shaft in natural with a moulded glans and pronounced veins. Your own penis goes inside and the sleeve adds length and girth. The TPE is soft and stretchy, and the shaft bends. At the base sits a ring for the testicles that keeps the sleeve in place. As with any cock ring: 20 to 30 minutes at a time at most, take it off at once if numbness, cold, discolouration or pain appear, and do not fall asleep with it on. Is the glans hollow?

No, it is solid; the hollow space for the penis ends just before it. The firm tip provides part of the extra length. Further models are under penile enlargement.

Do you need lubricant inside as well?

Yes, absolutely, and that is where most people go wrong. Without gel inside it rubs instead of gliding, and after five minutes you stop. Take a water-based one, inside as well as out; suitable ones are under water-based lubricant.

Does it replace a condom?

No. A penis sleeve does not replace a condom and does not protect like one. If you want protection, put one over the sleeve; suitable ones are under condoms.

How is it cleaned?

Inside and out with warm water and a sex toy cleaner, then left to dry open; turned inside out it goes faster. TPE is porous; what stays damp inside becomes unpleasant over time, and the material can never be made germ-free. That is why the sleeve belongs to one person and is not shared.

How is it stored?

On its own in a pouch, not loose among other toys: soft TPE can take on or give off colour and stick to other plastics if it rests against them for a long time. Direct sunlight also takes its toll on the material. A touch of renewing powder after drying keeps the surface grippy rather than tacky.
