How do you fit the sleeve?

In two steps. Rinse cylinder and sleeve with warm water before first use. Then pull the sleeve over the open end of the cylinder until it sits evenly all round without creasing. Only then guide the penis through the opening into the cylinder.

Large or medium?

Your cylinder decides. Compare its diameter with the range for large; if it is smaller, the medium sleeve fits better. If the sleeve sits too loosely on the cylinder, the pump draws in air and builds up hardly any vacuum.

What should you watch for when pumping?
