A pump creates negative pressure, and the negative pressure draws blood into the tissue. That is the whole mechanism. How is the pump used?

Fill the cylinder with water, place it over the penis, press it against the body and then increase the vacuum with the hand bulb. Only take the cylinder off once the pressure has been released.

What comes with the pump?

Besides the cylinder and hand bulb, you get a black zip case with a lock, a cloth, a cleaning stick with a sponge, a cleaning spray and a measuring tape.

How is the pump cleaned?

Do you need lubricant?
